Yarra Valley Chapter 2025 Membership
**NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT HOG AU NUMBER**
Please remember to:
1) complete the 2025 Membership Form and
2) address the photo release form by either completing it or communicating in writing that you do not consent.
Email completed forms to membershipyvchog@gmail.com, hand them to the Membership Officer or drop them into the box at HH Ringwood.
The form can be found in **Flyers & Docs** on Team App.
Note: Chapter membership is by calendar year - 2024 Membership expires 31st of December 2024.
Membership fee of $40 does not include meals.
