Chapter Officer Positions.
As part of our democratic process in the Chapter, all Chapter Members are invited / encouraged to participate on the Chapters Committee in a variety of Officer Positions on an annual basis.
The following process will occur:
1. Please email completed attached Committee Nomination Form to secretaryyvchog@gmail.com by 31 December 2022.
2. Our Sponsoring Dealer will then review all nominations for suitability and at his discretion determine how the Chapter Officers are chosen.
3. In the instance where there is more than 1 approved nomination to an Officer Position, the Dealer Principal may go to a secret ballot at the AGM.
